Mallory Jasicki
I'm originally from Rice Lake, WI, and grew up running around my family's farms. I was never athletic growing up and was always nervous to try new sports. In 2018, I decided to try a climbing course out. I ended up finding that climbing offered me movement and mindfulness while also pushing me to face my own anxieties.
I've now been climbing for over 6 years, and have fallen in love with it. I now spend much of my free time learning technical skills and working to be a better climber. I'm excited to share what I've learned with other people and to give them access to an activity that has given me so much.
The rest of my life is spent gardening, cooking, baking, mountain biking, and working as a resident physician in internal medicine. I hope to eventually teach Wilderness Medicine and pursue further training in ICU care.
